How do I place an order?

Visit the GAKONDO store page on our website here, and select the products you wish to purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we support major credit cards, and mobile money payments

When is my order processed?

All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed within 2 business days from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be considered orders placed on the next business day.

When can I expect my order?

You will be notified via text or email with your tracking number once your package has been picked-up by our courier. After which, control of your package’s arrival is turned over. For shipments across Kigali, Standard shipments usually take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Express shipments usually take 1-3 business days.

Return and exchange policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 6 hours to reach out to us about returning an item from the time you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No Refunds, ONLY Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
